Does it work with my folder?+
Yes. Threadscan works with any make and model of folder, on 1-, 2- and 4-lane folders. It needs power, a network connection and a simple reject-signal connection.
Does the folder configuration change the price?+
No. The price is the same whatever the folder configuration.
Who installs and supports it?+
CLMTexfinity installs and supports Threadscan in Europe, backed by Laundry Automation engineers. Operator training is included.
Where is our data kept?+
Inspection runs on the unit itself. EU customers’ data is hosted on servers in the EU, with encrypted connections and access limited to your own users.
What does the subscription include?+
The Threadscan console, unlimited model retraining, remote updates, monitoring and support, and API access for your laundry software.
Can it learn our logos and borders?+
Yes. Threadscan is trained on your own linen, so logos, embroidery and coloured borders aren’t mistaken for stains.
