How it works

From plant walk-through to a line that improves.

We build machines for real laundry floors. This is how an engagement runs, from first visit to a plant that measures itself.

  1. 01

    Walk the plant

It starts on your floor, not in a deck. Volumes, linen mix, layout: where labour hurts on the soil side and where defects escape on the clean side. We map the line as it actually runs.

  2. 02

    Fit the systems

SAMI on the soil sort, Threadscan on the finishing line. One or both. We spec against your volumes, your machines and your floor plan, not a brochure.

  3. 03

    Install around production

Frames, cameras and sorters go in around your schedule. Ironers and folders keep running as they do today; nothing gets re-plumbed and the line keeps producing.

  4. 04

    Run with your team

Operators keep working the way they know. The console shows detections, throughput and stoppages in plain terms, and we stay on the line with you through ramp-up.

  5. 05

    Measure, then improve

Defect rates, utilisation and throughput are on the record from day one. Models retrain on your linen. The plant you run in month six is better than the one we installed.

How engagement starts

Pilot first. Scale when it proves itself.

There is no set-and-forget price list. Hardware, software and ongoing model improvement vary by lines, sites and SLA, so we scope openly and propose a fit.

Pilot

Prove value on a line or site.

  • · Camera(s) on selected ironer/folder
  • · Console access & training loop
  • · Onboarding & model baseline
  • · Success criteria agreed up front

Next step

Start with the walk-through.

Tell us about your plant: volumes, lines and where it hurts. We’ll map which systems fit.
