Laundry Automation Pty Ltd (“we”) operates https://laundry-automation.com and related marketing pages. This notice explains what we collect when you use this website.
What we collect
- Contact form data — name, email, company, role and message when you submit the form.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.
- Booking data — if you book a call through the calendar on our contact page, the details you enter are processed by our scheduling provider, Cal.com.
Cookies
We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics cookies. The full list of cookies this site sets:
- PARAGLIDE_LOCALE — remembers your language choice. Strictly necessary for the site to work in your language.
- la_consent — records your cookie choice from our consent banner, so we do not ask again. Kept for 12 months.
- Cal.com cookies (optional) — the booking calendar on our contact page is an embedded third-party service from Cal.com, which sets its own cookies. It only loads if you choose “Accept all” on the consent banner or click the calendar's load button; otherwise it stays off. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which brings the consent banner back.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, schedule demos, send you material you have requested (such as our case study), improve the site, and secure our systems. Emails are delivered through our email provider, Resend. We do not sell your personal information, and we currently run no analytics platform on this website. If we add one, it will be privacy-friendly and covered by the same consent banner.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records, then deleted or archived under our internal practices.
